Cabana Update 01-12-24

Good Morning,

The cabana project is moving along, all of the surveys and adjustment/changes have been made.  The final drawings have been given to the contractor who now will submit to the town for permitting then it will be build time. Thank you to those of you who have sent the $1000. assessment payment in already, we have had quit a few.  If you have not sent it, please do so soon, we will be giving the contractor a deposit in the next week.

We are planning to have our yearly membership meeting on March 2nd and we would like to have a picnic again. Please let us know if you will be meeting in person on March 2nd so that we can plan. If you are not able to be here in person we will try to zoom the meeting like last year.

GIMA neighbors are doing a nice job of keeping most of the houses/properties looking good. The town will be coming around and will start violating those houses that have not cleared debris or secured or repaired structures.

In the past we have shared a contact list of GIMA owners that included names, emails, phone numbers and mailing addresses. The board would like to update out contact list with this information. Please send me this information for our list:
