Annual Meeting Message from Lisa

Good Afternoon,

And Happy Friday, I would like to remind everyone that our annual meeting will be in two weeks on Saturday March 2nd. The meeting will be at 11:00 with sign in starting at 10:30. Please bring your own chair to the meeting at the Bayside Tiki Hut.  We will also be having a picnic get together after the meeting, at which GIMA will provide the main meal. We would however like to ask everyone to bring a side dish, dessert or appetizer to share. Please RSVP with the number of people that will be attending the picnic so that GIMA has an idea of how much food to purchase.

We have gotten a great response to the $1000. assessment the majority of the people that committed to paying the assessment have already paid.  The cabana is in the permitting department of the town and the permit should be issued shortly, after that build time is 2-3 weeks.

I will send the agenda along with the budget closer to the meeting.
